The Robert Noble Trophy
The idea for the trophy originated from Robert Noble in 1985.
It was to be used to encourage young people into the performing arts.
The trophy was presented to Peebles Arts Festival by the then Managing Director Julian Birchall.
From 1988 to the present day the trophy is awarded to an individual or organisation that has achieved outstanding work in encouraging young people in the arts.

The Youth Orchestra
Peebles High School Music dept
Peebles High School Drama dept
Tweeddale Museum
Innerleithen Opera
Shakespeare at Traquair
Peebles Music Centre
